Best experience with a contractor in the Okanagan EVER! In past years we’ve contacted various companies to seal-coat our driveway. Time after time it’s been a disappointment, as the product never lasted more than one season. I’ve even purchased product and rolled it on myself, but that too was a waste of time and effort.As our granddaughter’s wedding ceremony was taking place in our backyard on the weekend, I contacted MacKinley-Clark Paving Ltd. on the previous Monday asking for a recommendation. Without hesitation they told me to call Braden at Orca Asphalt Maintenance. In a world where everyone’s first response to a request is “No”, Braden’s instant response was; “Yes! —I’ll make it happen!” How refreshing!Just as he promised, on Thursday morning the Orca crew — complete with branded uniforms, arrived at my home and immediately everyone poured out of the company truck and went to their assigned stations.We watched as they meticulously cleaned, scrapped and brushed every inch of our driveway in preparation for a fresh seal coat. The finished result was nothing short of spectacular! A thick coat of seal-coatcompletely transformed the curb appeal of our home and in plenty of time to dry before our wedding guests arrived!As the owner of a National Marketing Agency, I can tell you this company is poised to be a powerful brand name in their industry. Can’t recommend enough, they were accommodating and very detail oriented. Went above and beyond getting all the nooks and crannies sealed up and looking great. Our asphalt driveway had been neglected over the last few years, we weren’t sure if we needed to tear it out and considered replacing with concrete in preparation of our the sale of our home. Braden dropped everything and confirmed our driveway structure was still good and assisted us by rearranging his schedule to fit us in and was able to reseal the driveway. The finished product looked amazing, it was such a drastic transformation, and the costs savings was so appreciated. Braden was VERY personable, prompt, knowledgable and on time which is a rarity for a contractor in the Okanagan. Cannot recommend Braden and his team enough, fantastic company and hope to use them again in the future!
