Hoops North

Ordered Silverback portable hoop for son's birthday. Called up the store to see if we could get it shipped in time. It came on time and I was able to assemble it in a couple of hours. Awesome! Birthday boy is happy and so is Dad. Thank you Hoops North

I had a very positive customer experience. I had alot of questions and I was treated with kindness and patience. Couldn't have a made a better choice as well for my hoop system!

I purchased a SILVERBACK NXT 54 WALL MOUNTED hoop a month ago. I had a good online purchase experience and a smooth pickup process at their warehouse. The problems began when I discovered missing parts (one of the two sets of bolts was missing). I reached out to Hoops North by email and by voice message on their phone. Neither one had response. After a week of waiting I reached out to Escalade Sports, where Hoops North sources their stock. They responded promptly, but have had supply chain issues. A month has passed in our short Northern seasonal use of the hoop and it's still sitting on the ground!I'm updating my review to account for the fantastic response I had from Jason. As noted in other reviews, he has an excellent customer focused service. Once he and I connected, he volunteered to solve my issue in the absence of any forward movement from Escalade. The hoop is now up and I'm a convert to a very happy Hoops North customer. Thanks Jason. Much appreciated.

Jason and the Hoops North team went way above and beyond to help me figure out the right hoop system for my driveway. From the purchase all the way to the delivery, Jason was there to answer every question I had along the way. And the Goalrilla systems are the best out there. Can’t say enough about my experience with Hoops North.

Hoops North crew, specifically Jason, are incredible to deal with. I know they’re faced with challenges at times, but they worked so hard for me to resolve any issues I had. I called and talked with Jason, and never got the impression that I was bothering him. Canadian hospitality at its finest. They sell many brands, and finding the right one may seem like a challenge, but just a phone call and a conversation with these pros will put you exactly where you need to be.
