Megan and Nick at Total Sports Solutions have been great to deal with. They assisted with selection and delivery of the Racedeck flooring and I received it promptly. I also highly recommend the product, very good quality and easy to install with lots of reference material and videos on line.

Great customer service from start to finish. Throughout the whole process we felt valued as customer - Riley, Kyle, Sam and Tasha are super knowledgeable, responsive and just great to work with. The installation team runs like a well-oiled machine. Communication was great. The team worked with me to ensure that every detail was just right to my liking.The entire process was a easy and done professionally. I honestly have zero complaints. Total Sport Solutions was awesome to deal with from my very first email with Ryan. He was responsive, helpful and took the time to hear what I was looking to do. They were really helpful in helping with the full solution, including the concrete pad and they moved quickly to help me get the court installed in early spring so we could take advantage of this spring/summer. The court was finished really well and they returned for the finishing touches just when they said they would. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

The Project, create a sport & leisure platform to allow the now 7 grandchildren, respective cousins, and family (40+) located in Cottage country near Parry Sound enjoy their favorite sports, basketball, blading, volleyball, hockey and much more. I approached a well-respected Landscaping/Contracting company (Bowman's) who in turn searched out Ryan Flanagan from Total Sport Solutions in Oakville. The key to a successful project was ensuring both the contractor who prepares the site and the sport court company who installs are on the same page. Total Sports hosted me back in Oakville to select the sport court that suited my needs and then drove north to meet Bowman and layout their plan. Kyle McCabe their Technical Director accompanied Ryan on the trip, and he became my point of contact for the balance of the project. The product was shipped seamlessly to my cottage address and their lead hand Brian went to work. The install was fast and impressive with constant updates from Kyle when I was not able to be on site. A job well done and a top-quality sport court to complete the ultimate family experience.

Ryan and the team did a great job from start to finish with the installation of our basketball pad. They came out to consult, gave us advice based on their experience and were always responsive to questions that we had. When it was time to install, it was nice that they were on time and showed up and left as they had earlier described. The quality is great, we've enjoyed the court very much with all the recent lockdowns. Would highly recommend and already have to friends and family.

We recently used Total Sports Solutions to install a backyard court, basketball hoop and surrounding netting on our fence. I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness and the professionalism of Ryan and the whole team.
